The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) yesterday announced a partnership

with Reggae Sumfest 2026 as the festival’s transportation service provider,

offering dedicated transportation solutions for patrons travelling to and from the

event at Richmond Estate, St Ann.

The partnership reflects JUTC’s commitment to providing safe, reliable, and

convenient transportation while supporting one of Jamaica’s premier cultural events.

By offering organized round-trip services from key locations across the island, JUTC

aims to make travelling to the festival easier, reduce traffic congestion, and alleviate

parking challenges for patrons.

Nathalia Palomino, marketing and sales manager at JUTC, welcomed the

collaboration, noting that it aligns with the Company’s mission of enhancing the

customer experience through innovative partnerships.

“At JUTC, we are always seeking opportunities to connect Jamaicans with the

experiences they love in a safe and convenient way. Our partnership with Reggae

Sumfest 2026 allows patrons to focus on enjoying the music and festivities while

leaving the transportation logistics to us. We are excited to play our part in making

this year’s festival experience even more memorable,” said Palomino.

Patrons can pay for their transportation packages through the GK1 App, allowing

them to secure their seats before the event and avoid the uncertainty of last-minute

travel arrangements. The simple digital booking process offers added convenience,

helping customers plan their festival experience with confidence while ensuring a

smooth and efficient boarding process on the day of travel. Additionally, the first 200

patrons to book their seats will receive a special $1,000 discount on their

transportation package.

Transportation packages range from $4000 to $5000 per person, with the buses doing

pickups from: Half-Way Tree Transport Centre, downtown Kingston (Ward Theatre) in the

Corporate Area; Portmore Mall and Spanish Town Lay-by in St Catherine; Mandeville

(Nashville Bus Park) in Manchester; and Montego Bay (Harbour City Mall) in St James.
