Notorious JA remakes Kelly Price hit
There's no stopping Notorious JA, and the Clarendon-born deejay is moving full speed ahead with his career.
He recently released a hot new single titled Take Me To A Dream, featuring Archie Wonder.
The single is a cover of R&B singer Kelly Price's song of the same name, which was released in 1998.
The single was produced by Notorious JA and released on his Victorious Music Production imprint on Valentine's Day, February 14.
"My new single is getting a lot of airplay in Florida, New York, Philadelphia, and other parts of the US. Right now, I'm getting ready to launch a full-scale promotional campaign to push it in Jamaica," he said.
BUSY WORKING
Notorious JA has been very busy in the studios since the start of the year.
"I'm working on my debut album, which I plan to release later this year. I'm also working on some new singles. I recently recorded a collaboration with a UK-based rapper called Mr Pillage, which will be released this summer," said the artiste.
Notorious JA is also putting things in place for the fourth staging of his annual Easter Jamboree which, for now, is slated to take place on April 9 in Denbigh, Clarendon.
"Every year, I keep this event to raise funds for the Racetrack Community Development Association and the Pennant Wood Basic School. This is my way to give something back to the place where I am from," he said.
Notorious JA is also promoting a single titled They Can't Stop Me, which was released late last year on the Victorious Music Production imprint and the Gone Music label.
