Etroban speaks about the ‘journey’

Late last year, dancehall artiste Etroban released an enticing new track titled Journey, produced by Sky Bad Records.

Coming from a personal place, the lyrics represent the artiste's journey into the music business.

"I wrote this song because of how I felt at the moment. My music is mostly based on how I'm feeling at the time," he said. "I create my music all depending on where I'm at and who I'm around, but I honestly do my best work when I'm by myself."

Two accompanying music videos are in the works and expected to be released in early 2020.

Grateful for the positive feedback so far, the artiste is confident that this is just the beginning of a fruitful journey.

Placing emphasis on classic dancehall sounds, Etroban ensures that his music is as relatable as possible.

"The topics I try to focus on are things that are hot at the moment or even what I'm going through, so it's mostly positive and uplifting sounds," he said.

His previous releases include Business, on the Annuh Town Alone Rhythm, as well as Spiritual, on the Mislead Rhythm, both produced by Kollege Roc.

Fresh off of a school tour organised by Kollege Roc, the artiste is currently in the process of creating new music that will resonate with listeners all through 2020.

He promises a great experience for his current and new fans, encouraging them to stay tuned for some exciting projects.

"I want to thank everyone that has been supportive in the upbringing of my career. Continue to support, and I will continue to create good music," he said.
